21/22 Seasonal Tryouts FAQ

Do I need to register for tryouts?

Yes. All players wanting to be considered for a 21/22 season team need to register HERE.

What happens after I register for tryouts?
The process is as follows: register for tryouts ---> attend tryouts ---> team offers sent ---> Accept team offer & complete club registration.

What if a player is unable to attend tryouts due to injury or prior commitment?

First, register for tryouts. Then, complete the google form HERE.

Should players arrive early on the first night of tryouts to check-in?
Yes. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early on your first night. You will check-in at the designated table where you will be given a tryout shirt with a number. All players should then proceed directly to their assigned field. 

Are players required to attend all 3 nights of tryouts?
Players are required to attend at least 1 night, however, all 3 nights are HIGHLY recommended. The more time in front of the evaluating coaches, the better!

While tryouts are taking place, where are parents / guardians allowed to wait and observe?
Parents & guardians may wait and observe from the grassy area in front of fields 5 & 6 (closest to the parking lot) OR at the pavilion next to the bathrooms. Our intention is to allow all players and coaches a respectful distance so they may focus and avoid unnecessary distractions.

What should a player bring to tryouts?

Please bring appropriate equipment (shin guards, ball) and water. Hand sanitizer is another helpful item to have.

When will players know if they made a team?

Our intention is to have completed all team offers by Sunday, 5/23 for U12 & younger and Sunday 6/6 for U13 & older. If you have not received a decision by Monday 5/24 or Monday 6/7, please email Be sure to include the player's first and last name and DOB.

How will a player receive a team offer / decision?
Players will receive their offer / decision via email through the Demosphere registration system. Please be sure to check your email spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. 

How can I make sure you have the correct email on file?
To make sure your email is listed correctly in your Demosphere account, you can log in at , click profile, and edit. Your username and password will be what you used to log into the tryout system to register initially.

Once a player receives a team offer, how long will they have to accept or decline?
Players will have 24 hours to accept with completed registration or decline. If you are awaiting a financial aid decision, you will have 24 hours from the time you receive your FA offer. If you are having trouble making this decision, please reach out to us with any questions. 

I attended tryouts, received an offer, accepted and registered with CRWA. What now?

Congratulations & welcome to the PACK! Throughout the months of June & July, you will be receiving information regarding your team, uniform ordering instructions, and an invitation to join PlayMetrics (our communication and scheduling system).
